You can train for anything, but a natural ability to care for others is something that you just can't teach. I think we have the best staff that can do that. We always have a pillow or a blanket for them, for their comfort. We tend to keep it a little cool in here, because it gets a little warm in the operatories when we're working. We have a television in the operatory for ... In each room, and that's so they can watch whatever they want and we can pull it almost right in front of them, and they can ... They can bring their own head phones if they want to plug in to that. I'll tell you what, the TV's have been great. We watched all the Olympics and that's been a great time for everybody. For all the patients and for us as well.

Dr Schopper, my partner, she's been practicing for a while, and her dad was a dentist before her, and I'm a cousin as well. There's like three generations of family, and we talked about this as kind of like it's, you have that family going on. You also have the family of our group here, right. We think of it as our family treating yours.
That's kind of been our slogan is, our family treating yours. We treat you like family, and that's what the way we look at our patients. We look at them all like family. When they're in our chair, we look at them and treat them as such. That really comes through. I think that's why people are comfortable here, and why they come back.
