Dr. Leila Seabaugh is a Kansas City native, born and raised in Prairie Village, Kansas with time also spent on her family’s farm in Baldwin City, Kansas. Her love for dentistry began early when after class she would watch her mother, Dr. Linda Seabaugh, run her own dental office. Dr. Seabaugh loves connecting with her patients and building comfortable, fun relationships in the office. She is known for her contagious laugh and her drive to provide comprehensive care for every patient. She believes great dentistry starts with listening and takes the time to make sure every patient understands their options before treatment.
Dr. Seabaugh attended Kansas State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences and pre-dentistry. During this time, she began volunteering at Kansas Mission of Mercy, where she helped underserved individuals with dental needs. She then worked as a dental assistant before attending UMKC School of Dentistry, where she graduated in 2023. Wanting to continue to broaden her experience with dental treatment, Dr. Seabaugh completed a residency at Wichita State University and earned her Advanced Education in General Dentistry degree in 2024. She has spent the last two years practicing in Colorado Springs, CO and is excited to be back in her hometown to care for fellow Kansas Citians.
In her free time, Dr. Seabaugh enjoys the outdoors with her fiancé and their four pets. She also loves expressing her creativity through stained glass, sewing, and gardening. Dr. Seabaugh is now welcoming new patients and looks forward to meeting you. You and your teeth will be in excellent hands!
